Inside Hulk Hogan’s $5 million estate drama — including Mike Tyson’s involvement — a year after wrestler’s death

Hulk Hogan’s estimated $5 million estate is still sparking legal drama one year after his death — and a company co-founded by Mike Tyson is part of the fight.

Tyson 2.0 — a cannabis company co-founded by Mike Tyson under parent company, Carma HoldCo. — and Hulk Hogan’s estate jointly filed paperwork last week asking the court to extend the company’s deadline to file an independent action to enforce their claim that the estate owes $10 million, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

The cannabis company filed a claim against the estate on Jan. 22, arguing that they are owed $10 million. Hogan’s estate swiftly objected the “meritless” claim and has since agreed to extend Tyson 2.0’s deadline multiple times.

On Wednesday, the judge agreed that giving both sides more time is in everyone’s “best interest” and approved their joint request. According to the filing, Tyson 2.0 now has until October 21 to file an action against the WWE legend’s estate.

However, it may not come to that, as the parties have scheduled a mediation “to guide resolution of the claim,” which will take place “on or around September 21,” according to last week’s filing.

Hogan and the renowned boxer were friends for years before the former entered into a licensing deal with Tyson’s company.

The Post reported in December 2025 that Tyson, along with former pro wrestler Ric Flair and Carma HoldCo, sued former Carma executives for $50 million, accusing them of engaging in fraud, embezzlement, self-dealing and other alleged misconduct. Carma notably accused former execs of stealing the “Real American Beer” brand idea featuring Hulk. The case remains ongoing today.

A rep for Tyson, 60, did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, died one year ago today on July 24, 2025 after suffering a heart attack. He was 71.

The wrestler left behind a nearly $5 million in assets, with his son, Nick Hogan, being listed as the sole beneficiary and Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, listed as a surviving spouse.

Hulk’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, was notably written out of the will, though the “About Us” singer later clarified that she had asked to be excluded from the estate.

Brooke, 38, exclusively told Page Six in April that she regretted her decision to be left out of the will — but not for financial reasons.

“I think everybody very clearly understands that I was my dad’s protector and I loved him more than anything,” Brooke said at the time, noting, “The reason why I regret it, is because I do not have a place now to get answers.”

Brooke, who is not on speaking terms with her brother, claimed that she is now unable to make “any decisions” about her dad’s legacy.

“I can’t do anything to help my dad after his death, or to find out answers, or to avenge him in any way, shape or form, because the people that I so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare,” she said, referring to her estranged relatives.

However, she didn’t realize that by cutting herself out, she was leaving others in charge.

“I didn’t think after the fact this is who was going to be in control,” she said. “The people that I didn’t trust are now all controlling it, and it’s terrible.”

“It’s not about money. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hogan] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way,” she continued. “So, you know, there’s things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat.”

Brooke, who previously expressed doubt about her father’s cause of death, honored her father’s memory in an emotional tribute a day before the 1-year anniversary of his death.

“Maybe…in another lifetime…in a parallel universe…another dimension… we’re together right now,” she wrote in an Instagram post Thursday.

She recalled special moments with Hulk, like watching sunsets and “belly laughing,” and going for sushi just the two of them.

“No pain, no worries, no one chasing you, bothering you, pulling you,” she wrote. “It’s just us, and we’re soaking it in… and I’m telling you like I always have – ‘We’ve done lifetimes together. We found eachother in this one, and I’ll find you in the next.’ And next time, it’ll be even better.

She continued, “Though the rest of my life will feel like I have to live so long without you, hopefully it’s only seconds on your end till we’re together again. Im right behind you, daddy.”

Nick, 35, shared a message about his father along with several photos of the father-son-duo to his Instagram Friday.

“It’s been one year since | lost my best friend, my mentor and most importantly, my father,” he wrote.

Nick described the past year be being “very difficult” and filled with lots of “emotions, challenges and lessons.”

“Not a single day goes by that I don’t wish I could have him back,” he wrote in part. “One more hug, laugh or conversation.”

He described Hulk has not only the greatest wrestler but the “best dad a guy could have ever had.”

“I am so grateful and blessed to have had him as my dad and to have the honor of being his son,” he said. “I will always cherish the memories, lessons and values that he gave me and start each day with the purpose and intention to use them to the best of my ability.

“I will love and miss him every single day of my life and carry him with me in my heart until I see him again. Team Hogan. 4 Life.”
