Inside Bronx hellhole apartment where autistic NYC teen starved to death — as mom, grandma charged with murder

This is the squalid Bronx apartment where an autistic teen was slowly starved to death – allegedly by his mom and grandma.

Photos and video obtained by The Post revealed the stomach-turning hoarders’ nightmare where 16-year-old Adonis Jarvis was allegedly tortured — with his malnourished twin barely surviving.

Garbage, debris, toys and boxes consumed room after room of the apartment on East 147th Street in the South Bronx, the images show.

Mom Geneva Jarvis, 36, and 62-year-old grandmother, Denise Jarvis, are now facing murder charges for the allegedly fatal neglect inside their unkempt home.

The photos show filthy and missing tiles in the bathroom at the apartment, with empty plastic containers, empty buckets, an old sink and piles of debris filling the bathtub and reaching the brim of the toilet bowl.

Mountains of clothing, empty boxes and trash cover the entire floor in the living room, stacked so high that the debris obscures part of a window. A soiled mattress, brown from filth and decay, can be seen in one bedroom, with suitcases and more debris piled high throughout.

Police said Geneva Jarvis brought Adonis and his brother to Lincoln Hospital on March 19.

Adonis did not survive, and his death was recently rules a homicide — leading to his mom and grandmothers’ arrests Thursday.

The city’s Administration for Children’s Services said the agency’s policy prohibits the release of “case-specific” information, but noted that “it had secured the safety” of the surviving child.

“The safety and well-being of New York City’s children is our top priority,” the statement said. “We are investigating this incident with the NYPD.”
