This Memorial Day weekend, the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500 is set to kick off from Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Ind.
To keep up with the vast majority of other Indy 500s throughout history, 33 drivers will face off in hopes of lifting the Borg-Warner Trophy and chugging milk.
Last year's Indy 500 winner, Alex Palou (Honda), will be starting on pole for this year's race after topping the qualifying charts with a blazing 232.248 mph average speed. Complementing Palou on the first row will be Alexander Rossi and David Malukas, both behind the wheel of a Chevrolet.
Despite starting in the No. 27 position, Katherine Legge will be making history over the weekend. If she completes both the Indy 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday, she will become the first female driver to do so. Along with that, she is only the sixth driver to attempt "The Double."
