An Indiana nutjob viciously bit a newborn’s face to stop it from crying — and later allegedly told cops the infant looked like a “busted up egg” when he was done with it.

Authorities say Kaden Manuel Lewis Shurm, 18, began by “nibbling” on the 9-day-old baby’s cheek before repeatedly biting in a “chomping down” motion, according to FOX59.

Shrum, who tips the scales at a whopping 250 pounds, was arrested and charged with felony battery with injury to a person under 14.

A pediatrician first alerted child protective services to the infant’s injuries on July 14, prompting a probe by the Bloomington Police Department, according to court documents obtained by The Post.

The brazen biter reportedly confessed that he bit the child to silence it at around 4 a.m. — initially “nibbling” before escalating until the newborn’s face resembled a “busted up egg.”

Shrum was arrested at the hospital; the baby’s current condition remains unknown.

It was not immediately clear if Shrum and the child had any relation.

The lunatic also faces felony charges in separate cases for battery with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness, as well as a misdemeanor battery charge.
