New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin unleashed his frustration following a 4-1 defeat to the visiting Anaheim Ducks at Madison Square Garden on Monday, marking the team's 14th home loss this season.
As Shesterkin skated toward the locker room after the final buzzer, he repeatedly slammed his stick against the boards and bench area before ultimately breaking it into pieces.
It was a rare outburst from the typically calm and composed Vezina Trophy winner.
