Rick Springfield is jacked.

The “Jessie’s Girl” singer, 76, recently shared a video of himself performing shirtless as a special guest on Sammy Hagar’s tour and set the internet ablaze with how in shape he looked.

In fan-captured footage from the June 14 show in Noblesville, Indiana, that Springfield reposted, he’s wearing only leather pants and an electric guitar, putting his toned abs and ripped physique on full display.

“Honestly, it’s wild how much energy he still brings to the stage,” the fan wrote in the caption. “The voice, the presence, the charisma… none of it feels stuck in the past.”

“Some artists age. Some just keep finding the fountain,” they continued.

During the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast episode Monday, host Joe Rogan brought up the “inspirational” video to guest Tommy Lee.

“This is literally bananas,” the podcaster marveled. “This is Rick Springfield, he’s 76 years old … and he’s singing ‘Jessie’s Girl’ like he just wrote it.”

“First of all, he looks f–cking incredible, like he’s working out every day or something. I mean, I don’t even understand it,” he continued. “He looks like a 30-year-old guy.”

Lee, who co-founded rock outfit Mötley Crüe, was also baffled, commenting, “Amazing. That’s f–king inspirational.”

Rogan was just as impressed with Springfield’s “passion and enthusiasm” while performing.

“A lot of people who are 76 are basically waiting to die,” he said. “This dude’s on stage with no shirt on f–king crushing life.”

Springfield responded to the clip Tuesday, writing, “Good vibes appreciated! … 🤘🏼.”

Fans also took notice of the Australian-American rocker’s fitness in the comments section of his recent Instagram posts.

“Only time I’d consider a 70 year old as a 50 year old 😂 definitely optimising life!! Shows passion is everything!!” one person wrote.

Another fan asked, “How is this possible?!? 😍.”

A third person wrote, “❤️🔥❤️ go baby go! You make us all look forward to our 70s!! 😍.”

Back in February 2025, Springfield talked how he’s able to maintain his abs well into his 70s.

“I exercise every day, and every time I play with my band, it is a two-hour aerobic workout,” he told People. “On the road we’re Planet Fitness whores. Planet Fitness is like the Holiday Inn of workout places — they’re all the same, every place you go.”

As for his diet, Springfield said he was mostly pescatarian and has cut back on alcohol.

“I’ll have meat now and then if I feel like feeling a little weak, but I don’t eat dairy or anything like that,” he said. “I’m on a big anti-inflammation kick.”

Springfield told the outlet he still felt like he was in his 20s in his head, explaining, “Then I see people dying from old age disease and go, ‘Wow, I’m the same age as old people!'”
