'Spirit Dragon' Liu Mengyang isn't wasting time calling his shot after the biggest win of his career.
The 22-year-old Chinese striker shocked the combat sports world by stopping Tawanchai PK Saenchai via first-round TKO in their main event featherweight kickboxing tiff at ONE Friday Fights 137 on December 19, inside Bangkok's Lumpinee Stadium.
Moments after his stunning upset, ONE Championship recorded a short clip of the Shunyuan Fight Club affiliate backstage, who pulled out all the stops on what he wants next on the global stage of the promotion.
The next person he wants to add to his list of victims is none other than ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon.

"For my next match, I want the belt. Superbon, your belt! It's time to put it on my shoulder," Liu Mengyang declared.Liu Mengyang's impressive win leaves no doubt about his status
That confident callout comes after destroying the reigning ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion inside the Mecca of Muay Thai.
The Chinese star needed just 52 seconds to end Tawanchai's night, systematically attacking the Thai megastar's lead leg with brutal inside leg kicks. The fourth strike to the same spot dropped the Thai, who couldn't beat the referee's count despite desperate attempts to rise.
His immediate callout of Superbon makes strategic sense. The Superbon Training Camp founder has what he wants, and his impressive run in the promotion proves that he could go on to take out the most dominant fighter in the division.
The young gun debuted with a unanimous decision win over former K-1 champion Masaaki Noiri in December last year. Though he suffered a split decision loss to Mohammad Siasarani in his sophomore outing, the Chinese star made the Iranian sensation work extra hard for the win.
Since that defeat, Liu Mengyang has powered his way to back-to-back wins over Shadow Singha Mawynn via unanimous decision, and now, Tawanchai, is certainly proving he has what it takes to challenge the Thai megastar for 26 pounds of gold in 2026.
