“I stole my mom’s thongs” - Paige makes shocking confession and admits to being obsessed with WWE legend

Former WWE Divas Champion and ex-AEW star Paige (aka Saraya) has made significant contributions to the evolution of women's professional wrestling.

Currently, the Anti-Diva is not signed with any company, but she still keeps herself connected with her fans through social media and her podcast. Paige is one of the few stars who never shy away from sharing her thoughts with fans, including some non-PG details.

Speaking on her Rule Breakers podcast, the 33-year-old star, while talking about fashion sense, recalled a story from her childhood. She said she used to steal her mother's innerwear to replicate her favorite WWE star at the time, Lita's signature attire.

“You know what I used to do? I was obsessed with shorts. I was obsessed with Lita the wrestler growing up, and I was really, really young, and obviously wasn’t wearing thongs. So, I stole my mom’s thongs,” she said.

Furthermore, the Anti-Diva revealed that WWE icon Lita's low-rise jeans and visible thong strap had a lasting impact on her growing up, and she used to cosplay a lot. She also stated that her mother did think it was weird, but she wanted to look like the Hall of Famer so badly.

“Lita would do this thing where she put her thongs above her hips… it was that low-rise jeans trend. That feels very 90s. Yeah! She thought it was weird, too. But you know what? I wanted to be Lita so bad. It was like a costume. So, I had like the baggy pants that went below my hips and the thong above my hips. A couple of days ago, Saraya took to her official X account and shared that her father has been sick for quite some time and is hospitalized.

However, he has been improving each day, but will still remain under medical supervision at the hospital. Moreover, she thanked everyone for reaching out.

Paige has repeatedly stated that she is open to returning to WWE, and given her massive fan base, her comeback is inevitable. It remains to be seen when it comes to fruition.
