I Love L.A. season 1 is an upcoming comedy television series set to premiere on HBO on November 2, 2025. The debut season will consist of eight episodes which will be airing weekly. The show will be available for streaming on HBO Max, with the season finale scheduled for December 21, 2025.

The show follows codependent friends who reunite after a while. They adjust to their goals, new relationships, and personal changes. It follows a close group of friends as they navigate life, love, and their changing roles in each other's lives.

The production of I Love L.A. season 1 began in March 2024. The series was created and written by Rachel Sennott, with Emma Barrie, Aida Rodgers, Max Silvestri, and Lorene Scafaria executive producing. The directors are Sennott, Scafaria, Bill Benz, and Kevin Bray.

The series was ordered as a pilot in March 2024 and greenlit in September 2024, starting production. After character and plot changes, Josh Hutcherson replaced Miles Robbins in May 2025.
