For the second time in the 2025-26 Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich will meet; there’s a lot more on the line this time.
The first leg of the semifinals begin today with PSG vs. Bayern Munich following their Nov. 4 league phase meeting, which Bayern won 2-1.
Since their last Champions League match where they eliminated Real Madrid, Bayern Munich were crowned champions of the Bundesliga for the 2025-26 season. It’s the 13th time in 14 seasons that The Reds won the Bundesliga, and the team can now shift their focus to the Champions League title.
PSG’s title defense continues, but they haven’t had the smoothest road to the semifinals. When it mattered most, though, they scored eight goals across two matches to eliminate Chelsea in the quaterfinals.
