The Endgame final boss in Black Ops 7 is located on the Cursed Rock. This is an island located on the bottom left of the Avalon map. Officially, the recommended combat rating to take on the boss fight is 45, so it is ideal to be at least in the 40-50 range before you approach Dr. Falkner for a battle. His location will be denoted by a Red Skull icon on the map.

The island will be coated in the red toxin, and you can easily get there with your wingsuit. Dr. Falkner will not approach you directly after your arrival on the island. Instead, you will be faced with his army of the undead, making the Endgame mode a more Call of Duty Zombies-esque scenario.

As soon as you start, your first objective will involve destroying some growth on the island, which will slowly fill your progress bar. After which, you will be able to face the Endgame final boss in Black Ops 7.

Defeating Dr. Falkner is relatively easy if you have the right loadout. First of all, you want to ensure that you have a legendary rarity main weapon in your arsenal. To do this, you must go on several runs and keep upgrading your weapons.

On the Cursed Island, a plethora of zombies will greet you. However, your objective is not to destroy them; instead, you must finish a contract and destroy approximately 100 flowers, which are the source of the deadly toxin spreading on the island. During this time, you may have to face a Doppleghast or a similarly deadly enemy.

Once you destroy them all, your progress bar will fill 100% and the Endgame final boss in Black Ops 7 will appear with his massive health bar.
