Objective overview

As mentioned above, Snap And Salvage quest in ARC Raiders requires you to complete the following objectives:

• Search the papers in the Security Checkpoint room by the Lobby
• Take a Photo of any of the Rovers in the Sandbox
• Deliver a Flow Controller to Tian Wen
• Deliver a Magnetron to Tian Wen

The first two objectives, where you must search for papers and take a photo of a rover, are quite easy to track. This is because the locations for these items are fixed. The next two objectives require you to scavenge a rare and an epic rarity item from a select few regions of ARC Raiders.

How to complete

1) Search the papers in the Security Checkpoint room by the Lobby

To search papers for the first objective, head to the Lobby Point of Interest (POI) on the top floor of Stella Montis map.

Head east towards the reception and search for a small doorway that says "Security Restricted Access". Head inside to find a U-shaped table. On top of these, you can find a yellow interact button. Press this to acquire the papers Tian Wen requested.

2) Take a Photo of any of the Rovers in the Sandbox

For the second objective, you must head to the bottom floor of Stella Montis and locate the Sandbox POI. To descend from the top floor, use the lift cables near Cargo Dock B.

After heading down, move north and then turn right to find a rover as marked on the map above. Interact with the yellow prompt to take a picture.

How to obtain Exodus loot in ARC Raiders

The last two objectives in Snap And Salvage quest require you to collect a Flow Controller and a Magnetron for Tian Wen. These items can only be found in areas that contain Exodus loot. Currently, these are the only regions in ARC Raiders that drop such items:

• Assembly in Stella Montis
• Business Center in Stella Montis
• Rocket Assembly in Spaceport

To acquire the mentioned items in Stella Montis, head north from the Assembly POI to the Assembly Workshops and start looting all containers there. To have an easier time identifying the required items among random loot, you should track the quest.

Since the Flow Controller and a Magnetron are loot drop reliant, you might have to make multiple runs to acquire both and safely deliver them to Tian Wen.
