Head to Ruby Residence

As we stated above, in this mission, you have to find and collect Major Aiva's mementos in ARC Raiders. To do that, you need to first head to the Major's residence. To kickstart this mission, you can first head to Ruby Residence. This is where the Major lived, and this is where you will have the best chance of finding what you are looking for.

Locate the item

Once you've reached Ruby Residence, head to the leftmost building. Here, you will have to climb to the top floor. Not the roof, but the topmost floor in the building.

After reaching the top floor, find the room with a massive square window, overlooking the foliage outside. You will find a table set in front of it. On top of the table, you will find the memento you have been looking for.

After locating the item, extract, and deliver it to your home base. This will automatically complete the quest on your end.
