Al Davis would've loved this pick by the Las Vegas Raiders.
With the 122nd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Raiders picked the fastest RB in the class. He ran a 4.33-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.
Despite that, he's one of the most powerful runners in the draft, too.
The one intrigue: He joins Ashton Jeanty, who was the No. 6 overall pick a year ago.
Mike Washington Jr. is 6-1, 223 pound and ran 4.33. Young, talented tandem in the #Raiders’ backfield between him and Ashton Jeanty. https://t.co/s6tnol4pzA

How does Mike Washington work with Ashton Jeanty?
Washington could form a bit of a Detroit Lions' backfield vibe here.
Jeanty is the leader, the Jahmyr Gibbs.
But could Washington be a poor man's David Montgomery?
He definitely has that level of potential, although he probably won't get quite the play time of Monty in the early going.

The Raiders didn't have much help for Jeanty in his rookie season, and they won't want to overwork him.
Now, Washington brings one more weapon in the offense that will eventually have the reins handed to Fernando Mendoza at QB.
