How much might GTA Online mansions cost?

GTA Online mansions will soon be released on December 9, 2025. While both Michael and Franklin in GTA 5 had their own mansions, players' characters had to purchase and live in closed-up apartments or stilt-houses. Hence, this is one of many features the fanbase has craved for several years.

In a recent newswire, Rockstar Games officially confirmed mansions for GTA Online, but did not reveal how much they would cost. An argument can be made that they might cost tens of millions of in-game dollars.

GTA Online mansions' estimated cost

A speculation can be made that GTA Online mansions might cost anywhere from $6,000,000 to a whopping $15,000,000. If we look at other luxury properties, GTA Online's economy inflation, and other details, these numbers can be justified.

First, if we look at other elite and luxurious properties in the game, they are extremely costly. The two costliest residential properties that players can purchase are the top-tier penthouse in the Diamond Casino ($6,000,000) and the Aquarius yacht ($8,000,000). If we add further add-ons to these properties, they will touch the $10,000,000 mark easily. Hence, mansions could also cost similar to these high-end assets.

Another reason is that GTA Online's economy has been gradually increasing year after year. The price difference can be seen everywhere, from a regular car to a futuristic flying bike. Because of this in-game inflation, there are strong chances that mansions could also be priced higher than expected.

Over the years, the hardcore GTA Online players have been grinding the game quite a lot. At this point, some might have so much money that they simply do not know what to do with it. If the game gets another luxurious property, chances are many players would purchase it just to flex in a lobby. This is why Rockstar Games could price mansions quite high, so that players with hundreds of millions could splurge and flex.

How to get a discount on GTA Online mansions

Since GTA Online mansions could be quite expensive, Rockstar Games has also offered a special discount on the properties. From November 13 to December 7, 2025, the game has three special prologue missions for mansions called New Listings.

In these missions, players can help the Prix Luxury Real Estate company build these mansions by intimidating construction foremen, stealing construction material, and more.

Once these missions are complete, players will receive a notification that they have received a $2,000,000 discount on mansions once they are released in GTA Online.
