The Dahlia’s signature Light Cone in Honkai Star Rail leaked

The Dahlia, also known as Constance, is confirmed to debut in Honkai Star Rail version 3.8. According to the leaked information from Hakush.in, Never Forget Her Flames, will grant her the following stats at level 80:

• HP: 1164
• ATK: 529
• DEF: 463

Like every Light Cone, this one is rumored to offer a unique effect to the user:

“Increases the wearer’s Break Effect by 60%. When entering combat, increases Break DMG dealt by the wearer and another teammate who triggered combat by 32%, if there is no teammate who triggered combat, applies this effect to the wearer and the teammate with the highest Break Effect. Effects of the same type cannot be stacked. When the wearer applies Weakness to an enemy target, recovers 1 Skill Point. This effect can only trigger once, and trigger count resets when using Ultimate.”

In the current version of Honkai Star Rail, every material for Never Forget Her Flames is farmable. This includes Fiery Spirit and its other variants. These materials are typically used for upgrading character Traces and Light Cones from the Nihility Path. You can get them by spending Trailblaze Power at the Bud of Nihility Crimson Calyx in the Alchemy Commission.
