Perez Hilton reacted to Kayla Nicole's Instagram post in his October 31 blog. The blogger noted that many netizens viewed Nicole’s song choice as a jab at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Nicole was seen dancing to Braxton's song, the lyrics of which read:

He mentioned rumors that the Cruel Summer singer seemingly took a jab at Kelce’s ex in Opalite, a track from her latest album. The blogger also highlighted that Swift sent a gift to "Kayla's nemesis," Teyana Taylor, following the release of The Life of a Showgirl.

In one of his blogs, Perez Hilton reported that, after listening to the Opalite, many Swift fans thought that the singer threw shade at Nicole. The blogger highlighted the lyrics from the song, which read:
"You couldn’t understand it / Why you felt alone / You were in it for real / She was in her phone / And you were just a pose"Perez Hilton added that many Swift fans shared an old video in which Travis Kelce was seen "begging" Kayla Nicole to "get off" her phone.

Now she is reacting!" the blogger reacted.Later in the blog, Hilton wrote that Kayla Nicole seemingly retorted to the alleged diss in her Instagram story. He shared the screenshots from Nicole's Instagram story, which she posted hours after the release of The Life of a Showgirl. The sports journalist shared an interview clip of Eva Marcille wherein she was heard saying, "I don’t compare myself to other girls. I’m Eva. I’m no comparison to anyone else."

The blogger explained the meaning of what Kayla Nicole wrote and said it was "definitely" a "reaction" to Taylor Swift's alleged diss.
