Heidi Klum Celebrates Daughter Lou's 16th Birthday With Rare Family Photos
Heidi Klum knows how to turn the red carpet into her runway.
And now, her oldest son is following in her footsteps. The Germany’s Next Top Model host and Henry Samuel, 20—whom she shares with ex-husband Seal—made a fashion statement at the premiere of Ryan Gosling’s film Project Hail Mary on March 18.
During their New York City outing, the mother-son duo proved that neutrals will always be a spring color. Heidi, 52, wore a stunning white jumpsuit and minimal jewelry, her hair tossed in her signature waves. Meanwhile, Henry towered over her in a silk leopard-print top and beige suit. After the two took a few photos together, they were seen smiling as they walked into the Lincoln Theater.This isn’t the first time Heidi’s son has been her plus one to a special red carpet, even if it was a last-minute invite. Indeed, the Project Runway star—also mom to kids Leni, 21, Johan, 19, and Lou, 16—opted to attend the 2025 American Music Awards with Henry after her husband Tom Kaulitz couldn’t make the event.
“I was supposed to come with my husband, but he was tired because we just came from Cannes,” Heidi told E! News at the May ceremony. “We were over in Europe for the last two weeks and I was like, ‘I have someone who’s gonna jump in in a hot second.’ So my son came, and I love having my son here today.”
While a sweet favor on Henry’s part, the model also had his own reasons for attending the award show.
“I'm looking at doing music,” he admitted. “I’m working on music production, so it’s possible.”

In fact, he’s already found his sound—and he’s not limiting his sonic creativity to one genre.
“When I’m playing guitar, it’s usually rock or blues,” Henry told GQ last September, “but when I’m listening to music, it’s usually rap or Steely Dan. I listen to a lot of Steely Dan.”
But when he isn’t creating magic in the studio, he’s strutting down the catwalk. Months before Henry shared insight into his blossoming music career, he made his runway debut during Paris Fashion Week in January. Specifically, he opened the Lena Erziak Haute Couture Spring-Summer show in a sleek, all-black outfit, and his mom couldn’t help but praise him on his first major fashion event.
“I still can’t get over this,” Heidi wrote on Instagram that month. “You rocked it, Henry. I’m so proud of you.”
