Kristin Cavallari admitted to having a “guy mentality” when it comes to dating after exposing her past hookups with Morgan Wallen and Jason Statham.
The “Hills” alum discussed her mindset while giving advice to her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast listeners Tuesday about what to think when men say things but act differently.
“I do feel like I have sort of guy mentality, and that’s why I’ve always kind of understood this game to a degree,” she began.
Cavallari, 37, quipped that this mentality may have developed from having an older brother or being “a guy in another life.”
“I think for a long time I was so afraid of getting my heart broken, but then I became the heartbreaker,” she continued. “I think it’s just a combination of things. I also, I just have masculine energy when it comes to this stuff.”
The “Very Cavallari” alum recalled “always” being “really good friends with boys and men” growing up.
“I love men,” she shared, clarifying she is a “girl’s girl,” too. “I get along really well with men. … I’ve been around my whole life — high school, early 20s. I always had really good guy friends.”
