After a failed first round of talks, LIV Golf has reportedly resumed discussions with Si Woo Kim again. The Saudi-backed circuit is also in talks with Byeong Hun An to form a South Korean-based Becko East GC franchise.

Si Woo Kim is a five-time winner on the PGA Tour and is also a regular for the World Team in the Presidents Cup. Recently, reports emerged that LIV Golf was in talks with the star golfer ahead of the new season, but they were later dismissed.

However, according to the latest reports, the talks have resumed between the two.

"LIV Golf have resumed discussions to sign Si Woo Kim, along with Ben An, to the new Korean based Becko East GC franchise ahead of the new season," Flushing It reported. "Sources indicate there are significant offers on the table, and these players are still major targets for the league ahead of the first event in Riyadh."

Si Woo Kim refutes the resurfaced LIV Golf rumor

Amid the LIV Golf speculations, Si Woo Kim cleared his stance on Instagram. The ace golfer has maintained that he will be playing on the PGA Tour in the upcoming season.

On Sunday, December 21, Si Woo clarified on Instagram with a six-word post.

"I will be playing on PGA Tour," he wrote.

Si Woo Kim had an underwhelming season on the PGA Tour, missing eight cuts in thirty starts. He posted four top-ten finishes, with a T4 at the RSM Classic being his best result. He was recently seen competing at the Australian Open where he made a solid third-place finish.
