What tools does Atlanta have?
Jake Fischer of the Stein Line recently outlined some key things to look out for in the NBA this offseason.

This gives the Hawks leverage in trades, financially, this summer, if they want to take on a big contract, that would presumably be a star.
Atlanta enters the offseason with one of the lowest payrolls in the league and is well under the first apron.
Between that and their TPE, their overall flexibility this summer can allow them to make a splash in a trade or free agency that many other teams aren't in a position to do themselves.
