PSG will contest their second UEFA Champions League final on May 31 against Inter Milan at the Munich Football Arena.
The Ligue 1 champions who has won everything in France in recent years are looking to add missing piece into their cabinet, and in process seeking to become the second French club to win the European Cup, after Olympique de Marseille in 1993.
The 2024/25 final marks the first-ever competitive meeting between PSG and Inter.
Paris previously reached the final in 2020, losing 1–0 to Bayern Munich in Lisbon. Inter are making their sixth appearance in the final and aim to win the title for a fourth time. They last lifted the trophy in 2010, defeating Bayern Munich in Madrid under Jose Mourinho.
Luis Enrique’s side has advanced through a difficult route: Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal. The run comes after the departure of Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid and the earlier exits of Neymar and Lionel Messi.
Despite reduced star power, Luis Enrique’s side has reached the final for the second time in five years.

Inter, led by Simone Inzaghi, are in their second final in three seasons. They lost 1–0 to Manchester City in the 2023 final in Istanbul.
PSG also face Stade de Reims in the Coupe de France final just days before the Champions League decider.
Has any PSG player won it?
Only one player in PSG’s current squad has previously won the UEFA Champions League — Lucas Hernandez.
The French defender, who joined PSG in 2023 for €40 million from Bayern Munich, ironically defeated PSG with German giants, courtesy Kingsley Coman 59th minute goal.
Hernandez also featured in Atletico Madrid’s 2016 final loss to Real Madrid, coming on as a substitute in the 109th minute before Atletico were defeated on penalties.
