Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry both attended their daughter Nahla’s high school graduation, years after battling it out in court over child support.
The 59-year-old actress — wearing a black blouse, blue jeans and shades — was spotted walking with her fiancé, musician Van Hunt, at the Thursday ceremony.
The model, 49, was seen exiting the ceremony separately, donning a grey suit, white sneakers and sunglasses.
The exes were together for five years from 2005 until 2010.
After welcoming their daughter, now 18, and splitting, Berry and Aubry reached a custody agreement in 2012 that gave them equal parenting time.
However, the “X-Men” actress and Canadian cover star then became locked in a bitter child support battle.
In 2014, the Los Angeles court ordered Berry to pay Aubry $16,000 a month in child support until a then-6-year-old Nahla, turned 19 or graduated high school.

In 2021 the amount was lowered to $8,000 per month.
However, Berry had to then pay Aubry an additional 4.3 percent of any annual income that was over $1.95 million.
Early on in her lengthy court battle with Aubry, a physical altercation occurred between the runway star and Berry’s then-husband, Olivier Martinez.
Berry and Martinez tied the knot in 2013 before breaking up in 2015 after five years together.
Berry and Martinez share son Maceo, 12.
The “Extant” alum also endured a bitter custody battle with Martinez.
In 2024, the “Crime 101” star claimed in court documents that she had spent almost a quarter of a million dollars trying to co-parent with the French actor, 60.
“I have done everything possible to work with Olivier, to communicate with him, and to engage him in the decision-making process regarding our son in an amicable way,” Berry wrote in the documents at the time.
The “Monster’s Ball” actress initially agreed to share custody in 2023 before filing for sole custody in 2024.
“As Olivier has advised this court, he lives off my child support and in order to be able to pay child support, I have to go to work. I do not have the luxury of taking months off,” she scathingly added.
Despite the rocky relationship with the fathers of her children, Berry has moved on romantically.
The actress has been in a relationship with Van Hunt since 2020.
Berry was previously married to baseball player David Justice from 1993 to 1997 and singer Eric Benét from 2001 to 2005.
