The new GTA+ monthly newswire could have leaked a new mansion arriving in the next GTA Online DLC. Every month, GTA+ members receive extra benefits that they can claim in the game. These rewards include new free cars, Vinewood Car Club rotation, discounts, free paints, and more. The latest monthly update news was published on November 6, 2025.
While everything looks normal on the website, a few eagle-eyed fans have spotted that Rockstar must have hinted at a new mansion coming in the GTA Online Mansions DLC. Here are more details about it.
GTA+ monthly update might have revealed new mansion coming in the next DLC
When Rockstar Games dropped GTA+ benefits newswire, the first image was of the Enus Paragon S (Sports), which will be free to claim for members in the Vinewood Car Club till December 8, 2025. While this is a great car to get for free, there is more to notice in this picture.
Digital Car Addict, a GTA fan account on X, pointed out that the car was standing in a parking area that looked awfully like Devin Westin's mansion. Furthermore, they pointed out that the Observatory was visible in the background as well.
When this picture was examined, we could locate the exact place from where the picture was taken. This leads us to a place in the Vinewood Hills that is rumored to have the new mansion. When lining up the shot, we can see the Observatory at the exact angle and even the overall hilly landscape.

The rumored mansion area is featured in the picture (Image via Sportskeeda Gaming || Rockstar Games) This could mean that Rockstar Games has teased the new mansion coming in the future GTA Online DLC through this picture in the GTA+ advertisement. Another hint that we can pick up is that the mansion's front porch looks quite similar to Devin Westin's mansion. However, the upcoming mansion's front porch looks larger and has more decorative vegetation and rocks as well.
In another newswire about the GTA weekly update, Rockstar Games has officially announced the mansions DLC, with the Prix Luxury "coming soon" sign. They stated that players might receive a call from the in-game character Raf, who will give more details about the luxury real-estate business.
