The countdown to the 2026 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue has officially begun. To help ease the suspense, the iconic brand has released a select few of the steamy pics for a break-the-internet sneak peek — including one photo of Gronk’s stunning girlfriend, Camille Kostek.
In the photo, Kostek rocks her ninth consecutive appearance in the iconic magazine, stripping down to a skimpy white one-piece as she lies on her back.
“If you’ve been puzzling over which of your favorite models will make a triumphant return to the fold, while also manifesting the women who will make their rookie appearance in this year’s magazine, we’ve got some exciting news for you,” reads Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “Four franchise staples and one rookie model each traveled to Botswana for the 2026 SI Swimsuit Issue, and the resulting images are truly striking.”
The 2026 issue will be released in full in May.

Of Kostek, 34, the outlet writes, “The Connecticut native uses her platform to spread messages of body positivity and inner strength, and in addition to being a jewelry and swimwear designer, is passionate about philanthropy. She works closely with both the Pete Frates Family Foundation and Gronk Nation Youth Foundation.”
