This West Hollywood home is a celeb in its own right.
A sleek condo decked out by one of Hollywood’s favorite interior design teams has sold for $3.23 million — a record for the building — at 999 Doheny Drive.
The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence features interiors by Clements Design. For those in the know, interior designers Kathleen Clements and her son Tommy Clements are a go-to for A-listers like Jennifer Aniston, whose chic LA residence was thoughtfully conceptualized by the creative duo.
Clements Design has also decked out other grand properties, like a Calabasas mansion for Kris Jenner — as well as Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s more subdued residence. They are also the creative force behind an LA retreat that they designed for Kendall Jenner.
Other clients have included Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi — as well as Jennifer Lawrence, Bruno Mars and Scooter Braun.
They are known for creating curated, trend-defying homes that feel lived in, and where — even in small spaces — the antiques can feel like art. Their design philosophy, as told to Architectural Digest: “Don’t overthink it.”
For this space, Clements Design up-leveled a 1963 condo by creating a sort of farmhouse-chic aesthetic. The seller bought the unit for $1.78 million in 2020, according to records. The same unit traded for $705,000 in 2018.
The residence is 1,859 square feet.
The home features a compact, eat-in chef’s kitchen, tastefully designed in light wood and custom cabinetry. There’s a breakfast bar for two and a dining table that seats six. Hardwood floors line this 9th-floor unit.
There’s also room for cozy home office space, in a nook behind a sitting area.
Soft, neutral tones and materials help bring a cocoon-like feel to some of the spaces, especially the bedrooms.
Building amenities include a saltwater pool, a gym, sauna — and views over Beverly Hills to the Getty and beyond.
The listing broker was Bryce Pennel of Douglas Elliman. Chase Rogers, of the Beverly Hills Estates, represented the buyer.
