Giuliana Rancic takes a swipe at ex Jerry O’Connell after he dished on their intercom breakup

Giuliana Rancic blasted her ex Jerry O’Connell’s “fuzzy” memory, days after he looked back on their 2004 breakup.

The entertainment reporter, 51, posted a carefree Instagram video of herself drinking a cocktail on a boat Thursday.

“Have you guys heard?” she asked her followers. “Apparently my ex-boyfriend has been talking about our breakup publicly after 22 years. Hmm.”

The “Fashion Police” alum took a sip, adding, “Imagine that. And it seems that his memory is just a little fuzzy.”

Explaining that she was “on vacation,” Rancic noted that her “email has been blowing up” since O’Connell, 52, appeared on Kelly Ripa’s “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast Monday.

While the journalist, who dated the actor between 2003 and 2004, “could give two sentences” and “wish him all the best,” she has decided to “just take a deep dive and make [the drama] a 40-minute podcast.”

Rancic concluded, “Jerry, you are so invited. We’d love to have you.”

O’Connell’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Rancic, notably, wrote about the split in her 2015 memoir, “Going Off Script” — and Ripa, 55, read the passage to O’Connell during their sitdown.

According to Rancic, O’Connell told her through an intercom, “Nope, sorry, homegirl. Things change, but you take care, OK?”

O’Connell couldn’t “deny that [he] said that” and confessed to being a “terrible boyfriend” to the former E! News personality.

“[Another woman] was inside my condominium … [when] Giuliana Rancic wanted entry into my condominium,” he remembered. “Thank goodness, buzzer, gate, security. I paid a pretty hefty homeowners’ fee for these things. Cameras and everything.

“I said, ‘I did not know you were coming. You can’t come here unannounced,’” O’Connell continued. “Notice no one had a key, so the relationship was not like that. There was no warning, and I didn’t want someone coming in because I didn’t want any confrontation.”

The “Jerry Maguire” star, who dated Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell after Rancic before ultimately marrying model Rebecca Romijn, did not specify who was in his condominium at the time.

He neglected to specify whether he and Rancic had been exclusive, saying their romance “was [already] in trouble” by this point.

O’Connell said he made headlines for being a “cheater” — and even got called out by a corner store employee.

He and Rancic have since run into each other, with O’Connell describing the “funny” and “awkward” way he repeatedly approached his ex at the gym.

The former “Talk” co-host “went right up … nose-to-nose” with Rancic and talked about missing her in a “weird” voice, which he confirmed “annoy[ed] her so much.”
