Giuliana Rancic continued to dish on ex Jerry O’Connell during a new podcast episode, claiming she’s only seen him once since their 2004 breakup after nearly two years of dating.
“I think people have wondered, have we seen each other through the years? I saw people had asked that on Instagram and, funny enough, only one time,” the 51-year-old entertainment reporter said during Thursday’s second part to her “Unfuzzing Memories” episode of her “Bill and Giuliana” podcast.
Giuliana — who wed husband Bill Rancic in 2007 — said she was hosting a “major red carpet” when she last saw him, guessing it was the Golden Globes or Emmys.
“I’m in the middle of doing what’s called a hot switch, when you go from one celebrity to the next, and then all of a sudden — I had like a one-minute break — and out of nowhere I feel someone tap my back, and I turn around and it’s Jerry,” she recalled.
Giuliana said she’d “just married” Bill at the time, and that the “Stand By Me” actor, now 52, told her he just wanted to say she was “doing great,” that she “look[ed] great” and for her to “have a great show,” to which she replied, “Uh-huh.”
The reality star admitted she was “still harboring feelings” about their breakup at the time.
“I was a little bit like, ‘No, don’t even,’” she recalled of the interaction. “‘I still remembered what he did, and even still to today, 22 years later, how he handled it was not right.”
The podcaster then called the “Jerry Maguire” actor her “first” and “only heartbreak.”
“Because, thank God, Bill has not broken my heart,” she explained.
Giuliana recalled being “very sad and devastated” for “a year” following the split, and admitted she “couldn’t even imagine finding someone else or being with anyone else or trusting anyone else ever again.”
Still, she found a silver lining in Bill, with whom she shares son Duke, 13. “I would never have met Bill had Jerry not broken my heart, so I’m actually thankful to Jerry that it didn’t work out,” she confessed.
A rep for O’Connell did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Thursday.
Giuliana’s latest comments on the ill-fated romance come just a day after she divulged additional details on the “Bill and Giuliana” podcast, accusing her ex of “downplaying what [their] relationship was” during a recent chat with Kelly Ripa.
“For a year and a half — except for the one breakup — we were together 24/7 every day, every night,” she shared on Wednesday’s episode.

“You could listen to his interview and think maybe this was an easy relationship, he was dating a bunch of girls, but no,” she said. “It was a real relationship.”
She also recalled thinking things were “totally fine” between them before seeing photos of O’Connell in London holding hands with Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, with whom he was shooting a movie there.
Giuliana called it “the most shocking moment of [her] life.” The podcaster said she called O’Connell, who allegedly said, “Yeah, sorry. I don’t know what to tell you. I screwed up.”
She lamented, “I was left to pick up the pieces of what was literally a perfect relationship for a year.”
Giuliana also claimed O’Connell had returned to her apartment building to tell her she was the “love of [his] life” and to say that he “made the biggest mistake of [his] life” — despite her telling him to leave.
They briefly reconciled, but ultimately, they split again for good, with Giuliana famously claiming in her 2015 memoir “Going Off Script” that he broke up with her over an intercom.
Giuliana labeled her ex “cold as ice” and the split “traumatizing.”
Her two-part side of the story comes days after O’Connell divulged details about their breakup and aftermath to Ripa during the “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast.
While Giuliana recalled in her memoir the actor telling her during their split, “Things change, but you take care, OK?” O’Connell told Ripa he doesn’t “recall [his] exact wording.”
He also shared alleged details of seeing his ex at a gym and brutally trolling her, pretending to flirt with her.
“She would be like, ‘Go away. Stop it.’ And I would be like ‘Oh, gosh, I miss you. Do you have the same number?’” he claimed.
O’Connell went on to tie the knot with model Rebecca Romijn in 2007, and they share 17-year-old twin daughters, Charlie and Dolly.
