Holly Madison detailed the “disgusting” sex acts she “hated” doing with Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner.
During a chat on Owen Thiele’s “In Your Dreams” podcast Friday, the former “Girls Next Door” star revealed that she was not very fond of group activities in the bedroom.
“Well, it’s a very different story between when we were just by ourselves than with everybody else in the room,” she said.
“Everybody else in the room, no. That was disgusting. I hated it. I made it very known I hated it,” Madison, 45, recalled.
The former Playboy House Bunny said her one-on-one time with Hefner was completely different.
“If it was just me and him, it was a lot more normal than you would think,” she shared, adding that their 53-year age gap didn’t deter her from him.
“I feel like there was a time when I couldn’t post anything without some dumbass in the comments like, ‘Oh, old balls,’ or something like that,” she told Thiele.
“Maybe some people’s balls do get old and nasty, but I’ve never seen such a thing.”
In 2022, Madison described her sex life with the late adult magazine founder as “hell” and “traumatic.”

“He wouldn’t move. He would be like a bump on the log in the middle of the bed,” she said of her past sexual experiences with Hefner.
The reality TV star added that the women at the mansion “wanted to get [the sex] over with as quickly as possible” because they weren’t “into it.”
“We thought of it as a chore that we had to do or else we’ll get kicked out of the house. Everybody just wanted to make it go by as quickly as possible,” Madison said.
The “Holly’s World” alum and Hefner, who died in September 2017 at age 91, dated from 2001 to 2008.
She then married Pasquale Rotella in 2013 and they welcomed two children, daughter Rainbow and son Forest, in March 2013 and August 2016, respectively.
In 2018, Madison and the businessman, 50, called it quits and finalized their divorce a year later.
