The New York Giants are 3-1 and at the top of the NFC East, which is a huge turnaround from last year, when they were struggling just to not be in last place. It's a testament to how John Harbaugh is doing in his first year as head coach of the franchise.

But they've got to keep their players healthy. Now, some good news has emerged on Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo ahead of the team's matchup against the Washington Commanders.

New York Giants get an update on Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo

Nabers is good to go, according to Harbaugh. The wide receiver was dealing with knee soreness as he comes back from his ACL surgery, and he missed Wednesday's practice, so it's good news that he's on target to be back.

"He'll be ready to play Sunday," Harbaugh said about Nabers' status, according to Ben Pawlak of SNY.

As for Skattebo, the running back was listed as a limited participant in practice this week because of a minor shoulder issue, but he's healthy and expected to play, per Jordan Raanan of ESPN.

"Cam Skattebo (shoulder) said he had a 'little muscle tightness' in his shoulder," Raanan stated on X. "It's why he wore a red no-contact jersey on Wednesday."

He added that "Skattebo expects Sunday vs. Commanders to be a 'slogfest'" and that he told offensive coordinator Matt Nagy, "Give me the ball, I'll be fine."

So, the Giants are looking fairly healthy ahead of their Week 5 matchup against the Commanders. If they can get another win, it'll just keep this train rolling.
