AUGUSTA, Ga. — The drive down Magnolia Lane this year for Gary Woodland carried with it a much different, heavier emotion..
It, too, came at a much more deliberate pace.
Woodland is embarking on his 13th Masters. Hopefully, for him and those who root for him — which accounts for pretty much everybody with a heart — a lucky 13th.
He, too, was arriving a different person — one far more thankful for being invited onto these hallowed grounds than he’s ever been before, with a deeper understanding of the privilege before him.
