Jerry Jones has been at the helm of the Dallas Cowboys since 1989 and it's been 30 years since the franchise last won a Super Bowl. Well, now it'll be 31 years as the Dak Prescott-led team has officially crashed out of the playoffs for the 2025 NFL season after an embarrassing 34-17 loss vs. the Las Vegas Chargers on Sunday.

"I'll admit that the Cowboys management has played a big role... But seriously, I'm very disappointed that the way we're structured and my role puts us here tonight. I'm tremendously disappointed."•
