‘Too Hot to Handle' Star Francesca Farago Gives Birth to Twins With Fiancé Jesse Sullivan
Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan have chosen unique and artful names for their twins.
The Love Is Blind alum, 31, and the TikTok star, 35, shared photos of their newborn daughter and son wearing gold, customized ankle bracelets bearing their first names.
"Welcome to the world Poetry Lucia Sullivan and Locket Romance Sullivan," Jesse wrote on Instagram Nov. 17. "My kids will change the world."
Francesca, who carried the twins, wrote on her page, "Our two little angels made a surprise appearance via emergency c section at 36 weeks and 5 days at 7:31 & 7:33AM on 11/11. Locket weighed 5 pounds 10 ounces & Poetry weighed 5 pounds 8 ounces! I’ve never been more in love but I’ve also never had more anxiety. They’re perfect."
The Too Hot to Handle star and her fiancé of more than a year had announced the twins' birth by Caesarean section hours after they arrived. Thay are Francesca's first children, while Jesse is also dad to 16-year-old Arlo from a past relationship.
"On 11.11.24 around 4am, as I finished the final touches on our nursery, we unexpectedly rushed to the hospital due to concerning symptoms francesca was having," Jesse wrote on Instagram alongside the twins' name announcement. "I brought her suitcase and hospital bag just in case, but felt as though it was possible we’d be back in our bed the same night."
He continued, "We got her settled in the room as they checked her out, I went to grab Starbucks. Within 2 minutes of me stepping back in the room multiple doctors rushed in handing us surgery caps and said 'happy birthday twins, we’re delivering them in 20 minutes!' From that point everything happened so fast. Baby boy was born at 7:31am, baby girl was born at 7:33am."

Jesse said he cut the twins' umbilical cords. "And in that moment as I watched Francesca see her babies for the first time, I thought back to the doctor handing me Arlo. I knew in that moment my life is the life I’ve always dreamed of. Francesca is the best mom in the world already, and I know we’re going to raise the best little humans together, along with big sibling Arlo."

In May, the couple shared lists of baby names they love but ruled out at the time. Francesca had said on TikTok at the time that Rocket was one of her favorites, as was Lyrics, Sunday, Monday, November, Stone, Afternoo, Prosper and Darling.
Jesse listed names such as Aristotle, Traveler, Adventure, Novel, Scholar, Evening, Coven, Elixir, Labyrinth, Rhapsody and Orca.
The couple faced a difficult experience three days after Poetry and Locket were born. Jesse accused an unnamed worker of discriminating against him while filling out the paperwork to obtain the newborns' birth certificates.
"The way I was just discriminated against and treated," Jesse said in a Snapchat Story Nov. 15. "I've never in all my years had someone just so blatantly treat me that way."
He added that he confronted the person in the moment. "I literally snapped on her," he said. "And I was like, 'This is blatant discrimination.'"
While Jesse didn't share what the person told him, he said it was connected to questions being asked about his and Francesca's decision to welcome their babies via IVF and a third-party sperm donor.

The couple had documented their difficult road to parenthood on social media. Both Francesca and Jesse—who came out as transgender in 2019—completed fertility treatments to undergo egg retrievals, from which several embryos were created through IVF, using a third-party sperm donation.
Early this year, Francesca underwent a transfer of one embryo, identified through genetic testing to be female, but it did not survive. However, a second attempt weeks later was successful, and two embryos they had transferred simultaneously ultimately resulted in the birth of their twins.
