Far-left Californian’s wicked two-word response to Lindsey Graham’s death

Far-left TV commentator and host of The Young Turks, Ana Kasparian, posted a vile comment after the death of Senator Lindsey Graham.

“Good riddance,” Kasparian wrote on X Saturday night. The post has since racked up more than six million views and been flooded with furious commenters.

Graham died on Saturday evening at the age of 71.

His office said he died following a “brief and sudden illness.” Preliminary findings by the DC medical examiner indicated the cause of death was an aortic dissection, a tear in the body’s main artery.

The internet quickly turned on the 40-year-old Los Angeles-based commentator, criticizing her for mocking his death.

“Everything that is wrong with the online space these days. Sure, don’t like a man’s politics, but this is disgusting,” one person wrote on X.

Kasparian doubled down, responding in the comments to those who called her out.

“Are you offended? Let me clarify: I’m elated that he’s dead. Overjoyed…. Just like he was elated at seeing countless dead children throughout Middle East,” she wrote.

Kasparian was referring to Graham’s comments about the war in Gaza. Graham previously compared Israel’s bombing campaign in Gaza to the US destruction of Tokyo and Berlin during World War II.

He argued a decisive military victory was necessary to break the cycle of radicalization.

“You are a vile person. What type of American celebrates the death of an American senator? One who is America Last,” another person replied.

“The free-thinking type who knows a bloodthirsty traitor when she sees one,” Kasparian hit back.

In another response to users questioning Graham’s sudden death, Kasparian wrote that “karma happened.”

Kasparian has faced backlash in recent years over her outspoken criticism of the US government’s alliance with Israel and its military campaign in Gaza.

Some Jewish advocacy groups, including the Anti-Defamation League, have condemned her rhetoric as antisemitic.

Kasparian has rejected those accusations, insisting her criticism is directed at the Israeli government, Zionism and US foreign policy — not at Jewish people.

The progressive commentator was among a host of others who similarly mocked and celebrated Graham’s death.
