Rankings for the Top Movie Songs chart are based on song and film data provided by Tunefind and ranked using a formula blending that data with sales and streaming information tracked by Luminate during the corresponding period of June 2025. The ranking includes newly released films from the preceding three months.

Songs from F1, which was released in theaters on June 27, make up the June 2025 ranking’s top four, led by Tate McRae’s “Just Keep Watching” at No. 1. It’s one of multiple tracks from soundtrack F1 the Album that was released before the film’s premiere, as it was first shared on May 30.

In June 2025, “Just Keep Watching” earned 44 million official on-demand U.S. streams and sold 5,000 downloads, according to Luminate. It debuted at No. 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 dated June 14 and rebounded 55-46 the week of the movie’s release (it ranks at No. 60 on the latest tally, dated Aug. 2).

F1 the Album debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard 200 dated July 13 thanks to 28,000 equivalent album units earned; it appears at No. 32 on the most recent list.

Jack Black‘s “Steve’s Lava Chicken” from A Minecraft Movie is the top non-F1 song, appearing at No. 5 (15.9 million streams, 2,000 downloads). The release of F1 snaps a two-month reign at No. 1 on Top Movie Songs for the track, which peaked at No. 78 on the Hot 100 in May.
