Daniss Jenkins was getting used to G-League life against grown men trying to make it in the NBA just like him. He was in between, unsure of himself.
There was an adjustment period for the former St. John’s star, similar to college when he went from the mid-major to high-major level and became a star one season ago.
“It’s a lot going from college to pros. You just don’t know what you don’t know yet,” Jenkins, the two-way Pistons guard, told The Post. “I really didn’t know what I was looking for on the pro level, because it’s different from college.
