Evolution Music Festival tickets 2025: Best prices, dates, lineup for concerts in St. Louis

For over 50 years, Contemporary Productions President Steve Schankman has produced shows all over, including St. Louis. He recently brought the Evolution Music Festival to the area, where it looks to be a long-term event. 

The Evolution Music Festival emanates from Central Field Forest Park from September 27 to 28. 

Founded in 2023, the Evolution Music Festival has become a nonprofit event featuring top-tier talent. The event replaced LouFest, an event that St. Louis hosted from 2010 to 2018. It has become one of the most popular festival events in the U.S.

“We wanted to bring back something that is needed in St. Louis, which is a festival,” Schankman said via St. Louis Magazine. “We’re one of the biggest, if not the biggest festival between Lollapalooza in Chicago and Bourbon & Beyond in Louisville.”

Artists from the last few years that have performed include Ice Cube and The Black Keys. This year, the festival will feature performances by Sublime, Public Enemy, Lenny Kravitz, TLC, and more.
