1 hour ago 3

Arguably the most hype sports video game every year, EA Sports College Football is set for its 2027 edition with the announcement of their cover athletes, potential release dates, and plenty of other info.

On the cover of the standard edition, Miami Hurricanes wide receiver Malachi Toney is front and center with Oregon Ducks QB Dante Moore to his left and Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacey to his right, all in action shots. The “Deluxe Edition” saw a different approach with Indiana head coach, Curt Cignetti, in the middle surrounded by several of college football's finest.

As far as a release date goes, there is a beta period set between June 4-7, with the early access release coming on July 2nd for the “Deluxe Edition”. The full launch will take place one week later, on July 9th, for those who purchased the standard edition.
