Miami beauty entrepreneurs Josh and Jenni Coba are listing their Sunny Isles Beach, Florida triplex for $59.5 million.

The smashing beachfront residence, with a private pool, is known as Villa Eterna Mare. Completed last year, it comes turn-key ready, with all furnishings included.

The villa is located at 17975 Collins Ave. — a 52-story tower with a lobby designed by the late Chanel legend Karl Lagerfeld — and part of the Estates at Acqualina at Sunny Isles Beach.

The Cobas co-founded European Wax Centers with Josh’s brother David. It is now a national franchise with more than 1,000 locations.

They paid $19 million for the villa as a shell in 2018 and then invested an additional $22 million for the build-out, a spokesperson said.

In 2022, while still in preconstruction and not yet built out, the Cobas listed the unit for $85 million, and ended up selling a smaller unattached unit, plus a beach cabana and two-car garage for around $10 million, a spokesperson said.

Completed last year, the posh pad is a massive 11,900 square feet, and comes with five bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

Modern comforts abound, such as a private elevator, a three-story spiral staircase, five gas fireplaces and plenty of ocean views — along with 2,200 square feet of outdoor space.

Snazzy details include three kitchens — a family “showcase” kitchen, a catering kitchen with “restaurant grade” equipment and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven.

The home is designed as a “living work of art,” said listing broker Chad Carroll of the Chad Carroll Group. “Every square foot of the home is designed to impress.”

The first level is anchored by a great room overlooking the ocean with a gas fireplace, a wet bar and custom built-ins.

The second level hosts four ensuite bedrooms with walk-in closets. In addition, there is a lounge and a wet bar, a home office, as well as laundry and storage rooms.

The main bedroom suite takes up the full third floor.

At 2,768 square feet, it boasts ocean views, a home office, a built-in wet bar, a balcony, two spa-like baths and oversized dressing rooms.

There’s even a 700-square-foot closet with custom cabinetry and dedicated wardrobe displays.

The smart-wired home also has a “dedicated IT room with private service access,” as well as a “private receiving room.”

There’s even a climate-controlled four-car gallery garage with the internal elevator leading to the unit — “so you never have to enter the main building if you don’t want to,” a spokesperson said.

The outdoor space includes a private pool and a fireplace lounge, as well as private access to the beach.

Building amenities include a gym, an ice skating rink, a bowling alley, a play room, a teen room, as well as private restaurants and a full wait staff at the beach and pool.
