ESPN makes a wild Browns prediction that even their fans will find hard to believe

The Cleveland Browns have been one of the worst teams in the NFL in recent years, and heading into the 2026 season, things aren't looking that much different.

While the youth on the roster is great, there are still plenty of questions about the offensive line, the defense, now that Jim Schwartz is gone, and especially the quarterback position.

And yet, ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi shared a wild prediction for the Browns in 2026 that even Browns fans will have a hard time believing could actually happen.

Browns get wild prediction that fans will have a hard time believing

"The Browns will go undefeated in their four-game homestand to get back into the AFC playoff hunt," Oyefusi predicts.

It's one thing to predict the Browns could be a playoff team, which would already be an incredibly bold prediction, but this one from Oyefusi is a whole lot more outlandish.

He is predicting the Browns will win four-straight games, all of which would come at home surrounding their Week 11 bye, thanks to an offense that "should get its footing" after the bye and an elite defense.

While this is a bold prediction, what teams is Oyefusi actually predicting the Browns, led likely by either Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders, would actually beat?

Their four-game homestand begins against the Houston Texans, a team with arguably the best defense in football, and an offense that has been shaky with C.J. Stroud under center.

MOREBrowns' Taylen Green ceiling is much higher than anyone realizes, and it could trump Shedeur Sanders

Then they have their Week 11 bye, followed by home games against the Las Vegas Raiders, Cincinnati Bengals, and Atlanta Falcons.

All three of those teams are beatable, so winning four-straight games in this stretch will likely face its biggest challenge in Week 10 against the Texans.

But the Bengals might be a good bit better this year with a revamped defense, while Fernando Mendoza might've taken over at QB for the Raiders.

Even the Falcons, potentially the easiest matchup due to likely mediocre QB play, are far from a cakewalk thanks to Bijan Robinson and Drake London on offense and a decent defense that can shut down Cleveland's offense.

Oyefusi is predicting the Browns win all four of these matchups in what's an incredibly bold prediction for ESPN. This is a prediction that even Browns fans would have a hard time believing in.
