Erin Andrews’ surrogate sadly suffered a miscarriage.
The sportscaster shared the “s–tty news” with her “Calm Down With Erin and Charissa” podcast listeners Thursday.
“I have dealt with this before, but things were going really, really well,” the journalist, 47, said, noting that she found out about the pregnancy loss earlier that same day.
“Her little heartbeat and her numbers were really good,” Andrews added.
The sideline reporter “even told” producer Ryan Musick about her upcoming arrival “a couple weeks ago” because she and husband Jarret Stoll “thought [they] had such good news.”
While Andrews considers herself “really good at suppressing [her] feelings — and work helps with that,” she admitted to “tearing up” and struggling to “stay focused.”

She compared recording the episode to lyrics from Taylor Swift’s “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
Andrews explained, “I’m really good at doing this s–t with a broken heart. I kinda made a promise to myself that … I was just gonna be honest with people.
“I just wanted to be open with people and be like, ‘This sucks,’” she continued. “And today, this really does.”
The Fox Sports personality spoke candidly about her fertility struggles before welcoming son Mack, now 1, in June 2023 via surrogate.
One week after Page Six broke the news of the little one’s arrival, Andrews debuted her baby boy via the “Today” show and broke down the birth experience on her podcast.
“Luckily this is my off-season and my husband’s off-season, too,” the new mom told listeners at the time. “We have a competitive household … so I’ll do the diaper because we both want to nail it.”
Before Mack was born, Andrews and Stoll conceived with a different gestational carrier — and the woman suffered a miscarriage.
The couple struggled to start a family for a decade and underwent multiple IVF rounds, which she first opened up about in 2021.
Andrews detailed the “time-consuming and emotionally draining” process in a personal essay, writing that she was done being “lonely” in her “shame.”
She and Stoll, notably, have been together since 2012.
