Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Abby Summers flaunted every sculpted muscle of her flawless dancer’s physique in an epic action shot shared to social media.

In the photo, she’s about to step onto her front pointed toe, holding her pompom to the back, smiling in her iconic uniform.

“@attstadium 🔜 ! be there or be 🟦 !” she quipped in her Instagram caption. The second pic of the two-image carousel shows the professional dancer’s hair flying as she executes a perfect back arch with her front toe pointed.

“OMG WOW!!!!! 🔥🔥” wrote her teammate Brooklyn Davis, one of many on the squad who left raving comments. “Can’t wait for our word of choice today!”

“The 2nd one is definitely one of my favorites so far this year,” said a fourth.

Summers is originally from Toledo and was recruited to the Ohio State Dance Team when she was a junior in high school. According to Netflix’s blog, Tudum, her team won six Universal Dance Association National Championships during her four years at the school.

“The DCC are beautiful inside and out,” Summers says on her official DCC bio. “They make me want to better myself as a dancer and as a human.”
