For calling an airport gate agent the B-word, this entitled travel influencer got left behind.
Curses and epithets, evidently, won’t fly with Ryanair Airlines staffers, so learned a sobbing Joleen Weiss, who was barred from boarding a plane after insulting a woman on the job.
“I’m never flying Ryanair ever again,” Weiss, from Boston, weeped to an online audience of more than 2.1 million — mostly unsympathetic — viewers.
“Posting this here because everyone at the Ryanair office was extremely rude and unprofessional,” she wrote in the closed captions of her viral vid. “This was my final straw of getting robbed [of] at least $200.”
With a trembling voice and tear-stained cheeks, Weiss explained that she was running late to the flight, and was ultimately unable to check her bag before hoofing it to the gate just as passengers were filing onto the aircraft.
As a content creator, she admittedly filmed the hurried shuffle for the internet’s entertainment.
But the look-at-me luminary’s vlogging glory came to a screeching halt mere minutes prior to takeoff.
Weiss claimed she was abruptly stopped in her tracks by a Ryanair employee — whom she referred to as “This f- -king lady, Isabella something. F- -k her!” — for filming.
“She immediately sees me having a s—t a— day and is like, ‘You have to delete that video…or else I’m calling the police,’” said Weiss, who allegedly complied. “I deleted it and she was like, ‘You have to delete it out of [the “Recently Deleted” file on your phone] and show me.’”
After erasing the footage from her device, Weiss claimed that a separate Ryanair rep forced her to pay $75 for her unchecked bag.
She paid the fee and was steps away from taking her seat on the plane before lambasting the lady gate agent, saying, “You know what, you’re a b—ch, and it costs zero dollars to be nice to someone.”
That fateful, hateful farewell landed Weiss — who fancies herself the “happiest and kindest human being to everybody” — on the no-fly list.
“She was like, ‘That’s it. You’re not getting on the flight,’” Weiss recalled in tatters. “They’re not letting me get on my flight now after they made me pay a $75 extra bag charge.”
“That was the least professional experience I’ve ever experienced,” continued the blubbering blonde, recording her teary tirade from an airport terminal in Porto, Portugal. “Plain discrimination. No one gave a f- -k. It’s really sad.”
Social media spectators, however, didn’t seem to share Weiss’ woes. Instead, cyber bystanders widely sided with the airline.
“I’ve flown Ryanair for almost every flight for the last 10 years and I’ve never been refused boarding but then I’ve also never verbally abused the gate staff so that might be why,” crowed a critiquing commenter.
“Verbal abuse is not ok. You are wrong,” agreed another.
@Ryanair u have lost a genuine customer because I have never ever been treated like I was by isabella at ur Porto location, ever in my life. It’s very clear how you treat your customers, and I would rather pay an extra $300 for a ticket than be treated like this and just plain out scammed. I am the most positive and happy person, and to be treated harassed like this is extremely disappointing and disheartening. I would think twice before flying them #ryanair #ryanaircrew #ryanairstories #neverflyryanair

“Exhibit 1 — the customer is not always right,” another wrote.
Weiss wrapped her video rant with, “F- -k Ryanair. I’m literally never flying with them ever again.”
“Rudest f- -king people ever.”
