Emilie Kiser Shares How She Forgave Husband Brady Kiser After Son Trigg's Accidental Death
Emilie Kiser and her husband Brady Kiser are receiving a blessing after their darkest chapter.
A little more than a year after the influencer and her husband’s 3-year-old son Trigg tragically died by drowning at their Arizona home, she announced they are expecting their third child.
“We are so grateful and excited to share that we will be welcoming another baby into our family,” Emilie—also mom to 16-month-old son Theodore with Brady—wrote in a July 3 Instagram post. “This news feels very surreal and has already been such a bright light to us during some of our darkest days.”
Since the horrific May 2025 accident, Emilie has been struggling with the unfathomable loss of her toddler, who died after drowning in their family’s swimming pool. At the time of the tragedy, Emilie was not home and her husband was looking after their kids.
In the months since, Emilie has shared insight into her grief and desire for privacy amid their troubling time.
“As I stated last year, my family’s privacy will always be my priority,” Emilie continued in her latest post. “Because of that, I’m not sure how much I will be sharing about this pregnancy and next phase of life, but I appreciate your understanding as I navigate those boundaries.”
Still, Emilie highlighted their sliver of a silver lining, adding, “This baby has already brought so much hope and joy into our home, and we are treasuring every moment of it together.”
She continued, “Thank you in advance for all of the love, well wishes, and support as we navigate this next chapter of our growing family. Love you guys.”

Emilie’s happy news comes shortly after she shared an update on their healing journey following their son’s death.
“I'm really proud of us, honestly, and how we’ve grieved together” Emilie said during a June 17 appearance on the On Purpose podcast. “Through all the therapy we've done, I feel like we've really been given tools that, even though our grief is so separate, we have really done our best to come together.”
