Formula 1 will head to Italy for Europe's first race of the season, the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, marking the first race of its European triple-header races.

Round 7 of the 2025 Formula One unfolds at the Imola Circuit, which is blended with scenic beauty such as the Tuscany-Emilia Apennines National Park and the Casentino Forests. It is one of the few international circuits that runs in the anti-clockwise direction.

McLaren Mercedes continues to dominate the 2025 Formula 1 season. Oscar Piastri has bagged his third consecutive win this season, his fourth title overall, and the Aussie is breathing fire with his winning confidence this season. Teammate Lando Norris, currently in second, is cruising his way to the top in the driver's ranking.

Max Verstappen, who had a disappointing fourth finish at the Miami Grand Prix, will be eyeing to move up in the Driver's standing. Verstappen, currently at third, is sitting with 32 points behind the topper Oscar Piastri.

In the constructor's standings, McLaren-Mercedes is clear of the second-place Mercedes by 105 points.
