Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus spark romance rumors with kissing photo on Easter

It looks like Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus found more than Easter eggs as they posted a PDA photo on Instagram to celebrate the holiday Sunday.

The “Old Town Road” musician planted a big smooch on the “Austin Powers” star’s cheek as she smiled big in the shot.

Reps for Hurley and Cyrus did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
