Elizabeth Hurley, 60, spills her secret to taking ‘flattering’ bikini photos

In a new Instagram post, Elizabeth Hurley spilled how she captures “flattering bikini pics” — and it’s easier than you may think.

“BAN overhead sunlight 🤣,” the “Gossip Girl” alum, 60, captioned a photo of herself taken inside, wearing a toffee-colored bikini from her brand, Elizabeth Hurley Beach.

“When shooting bikinis, sunrise or sunset are your best friends 😉 We shot this at 7am… By 8am, I was lounging around in one of my equally flattering @elizabethhurleybeach kaftans, feeling glamorous AND shielded from the lethal sun ♥️,” she wrote.

Of course, her bronzy skin and toned figure don’t hurt, either. Perhaps good posture is another one of her photo-taking hacks. In the image, Hurley stands straight with her shoulders back as she looks over to her side.

“You always look amazing but good to know,” one person commented on the post. Another agreed with the actress’ advice, saying, “True overhead lighting is a disaster #fuhgettaboutit”

“Hot at any age! 🌹❤️” a third complemented Hurley.

The English model is no stranger to a sultry bikini photo shoot, as she often shares snaps of herself in teeny-tiny swimwear, typically from her label, which Hurley launched in 2005.

Last month, Hurley celebrated her 60th birthday, completely stripping down for the camera.

In the caption, she highlighted all of her major accomplishments in 2025 thus far.

“Happy birthday to me!” the actress started off the caption. “This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and… I’m in love ♥️♥️♥️,” she said, referring to new boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus.

She concluded, “Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world ♥️ pic taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx”

She’s as stunning as ever at 60.
