Over the Nick Sirianni era, the Eagles haven't just been one of the NFL's best teams — they've also been one of the healthiest.

As Philadelphia has made five consecutive playoff trips, rarely has it had to deal with big-name stars or top starters missing extensive time. According to Sports Info Solutions, the Eagles were the seventh-least-injured team in 2025 based on games missed, and according to Sports Injury Central, they were the No. 4-healthiest team in 2024.

The 2026 season appears to be the end of that injury luck in Philadelphia. Over the last few weeks, the Eagles have watched as most of their top players went down with an injury issue — and that's without mentioning star right tackle Lane Johnson's mid-season retirement or center Cam Jurgens' trade to the Ravens.

As of Friday, quarterback Jalen Hurts has even joined the injury report for Philadelphia.

Here's a look at the Eagles' lengthy injury report entering their Week 5 game in London against the Jaguars.

Eagles injury report

Here are a few of the notable players recently dealing with injuries for the Eagles and what to know about their Week 5 status.

Jalen Hurts, calf

Hurts was a recent addition to the injury report entering the London matchup. He was a full participant on Friday, but was noted with a calf injury, per Zach Berman.

Hurts is set to play in Week 5, but it's now known that he's not at 100%.

Saquon Barkley, hamstring

Philadelphia's star running back, Barkley, left early in Week 4 after tweaking his hamstring on a run. He did not return against the Rams, and now, he'll miss another full game.

Barkley has been ruled out against the Jaguars in London due to his hamstring injury. He did not practice this week, and while he's not expected to be out long-term, Philadelphia will be without its key offensive weapon in London.

Only making matters worse for the Eagles' backfield is that Barkley's top backup, Tank Bigsby, will miss a minimum of four games after being placed on IR with a core muscle injury. Bigsby is hopeful to return "in six weeks or shorter," according to Ian Rapoport.

Devonta Smith, hamstring

Lead wide receiver Devonta Smith picked up a hamstring injury prior to Week 4 against the Rams, with reports indicating it may be a multi-week injury. That has proved to be the case.

Smith has been ruled out for Week 5 against the Jaguars as well; he did not practice throughout the week. It remains unclear whether Smith will be able to return for Week 6, but he leaves a massive target void in the Eagles' passing game.

In Week 4, Darius Cooper helped step up in Smith's absence, but the Eagles will likely need more involvement from others against the Jaguars.

Jonathan Greenard, ankle

Philadelphia's offseason acquisition and lead pass rusher, Jonathan Greenard, left in Week 4 against the Rams with an ankle injury. However, per Rapoport, his injury is considered "day-to-day," with nothing major.

Greenard has officially been ruled questionable for the London game by the Eagles. Per Ashlyn Sullivan, he said he's still day-to-day as of Friday.

Dallas Goedert, knee

The Eagles' TE1 for years, Dallas Goedert, hasn't played since Week 2 due to a knee injury. Over the last few weeks, Philadelphia has relied on Zach Ertz and others to fill his spot.

However, the good news for the Eagles is that Goedert is expected to play in Week 5, per John Clark.  He was able to practice fully on Friday, seemingly on his way back to the field.

Drew Kendall, knee

Johnson's retirement and Jurgens' trade has left the Eagles' offensive line remarkably thinner than usual. Drew Kendall, a 2025 fifth-rounder who has earned more starting reps lately, is expected to take over full-time at center — but he won't play in Week 5.

Kendall did not practice on Friday with a knee injury, the team said, and he's been ruled out against the Jaguars. Philadelphia has been practicing with Jake Majors at center:

Quinyon Mitchell, knee

Star cornerback Quinyon Mitchell was another of many Eagles to exit in Week 4 with an injury. After leaving with a knee injury, Mitchell is expected to suit up in Week 5.

Mitchell practiced in full on Friday, with his injury not major enough to keep him off the field.
