Eagles fans will love 'most likely' offense projection from ESPN analyst

The Philadelphia Eagles made some major changes this offseason, the bulk of which came on the offensive side of the ball.

Sean Mannion is the new offensive coordinator and playcaller, and a lot is riding on his success this upcoming season. Fortunately for Eagles fans, it appears things are going very well so far.

ESPN's Ben Solak named the Eagles offense as the "most likely" to succeed this season with their new-look offensive coaching staff and team. This is about as good as it could get before play actually begins, as the hype for this offense seems to be very real.

Eagles 'most likely' to succeed with new offense

"Most likely to succeed (with a new offense): Philadelphia Eagles," Solak writes. "... I came into training camp willing to go either way on the Eagles' new offensive experiment. But all reports out of camp so far have me leaning positively for 2026."

After the Kevin Patullo experience during the 2025 season, there is reason for Eagles fans to wait until the season actually starts before getting excited about this offense.

But so far in training camp, things have been going very well for this new-look offense. Mannion's offense is getting the players excited, and the more modern approach is a huge breath of fresh air for Eagles fans as well.

Even with the loss of A.J. Brown after a trade to the New England Patriots, Eagles fans can feel confident in the wide receiver room as well.

DeVonta Smith is a good No. 1, and Dontayvion Wicks, Makai Lemon, and seemingly Darius Cooper after strong training camp should make up a solid depth chart as well.

The offensive line might be back and healthy, while Jalen Hurts has looked faster during training camp and Saquon Barkley still looks as good as ever.

It was a rough 2025 season for the Eagles offense, but the buzz about this year's offense should have Eagles fans very optimistic about the upcoming season.

Solak believes the Eagles are the most likely of all the new offenses around the NFL, including the Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Chargers, to succeed this upcoming season.

This is exactly what Eagles fans will love to hear, as they might finally have a modern and exciting offense for the first time in a while.
