EA Sports has released the EA FC 26 Festival of Football Captains Ilkay Gundogan objective in Ultimate Team, allowing fans to get their hands on an 86-rated Flashback version of the German midfielder veteran. Not only does this objective offer an amazing player item and exciting packs, it also offers 1,000 SP for the Season Pass.

The Festival of Football Captains promo is now live in Ultimate Team, with some of the most prominent superstars in international football receiving boosted versions. The EA FC 26 Festival of Football Captains Ilkay Gundogan objective offers a Flashback item that serves as a throwback to when the German midfield maestro was in his prime.

The EA FC 26 Festival of Football Captains Ilkay Gundogan objective is now live in Ultimate Team

There have been multiple Flashback players released in Ultimate Team so far, including Leon Goretzka and Angel Di Maria. However, these items have all been released via SBCs, with the EA FC 26 Festival of Football Captains Ilkay Gundogan objective being the first objective set to offer such a special version.

Similar to other objective sets like Ultimate Gauntlet 3 and Ultimate Gauntlet 4, this objective set also offers a special player item as the final reward, while also providing packs via the individual segments.

These are all the tasks and rewards of each segment of the EA FC 26 Festival of Football Captains Ilkay Gundogan objective:

• Die Mannschaft: Play eight matches in any Ultiamte Team game mode while having minimum three German players in your starting eleven. Earn the Germany badge.
• Midfield Menace: Assist eight goals in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Live Events/Rush) using a player from Germany. Earn an EVO consumable that grants First Touch and CM Playmaker++.
• Goals Galore in Germany: Score eight goals in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rush/Rivals/Live Events) using a player from Bundesliga. Earn the Germany Home Kit.
• Lucky Number 8: Win eight matches in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rush/Rivals/Live Events) while having minimum one Borussia Dortmund player in your starting eleven. Earn a 82+ x2 players pack.

By completing all these tasks, fans will obtain the Flashback player item, the Germany away kit and 1,000 SP for the latest Season Pass.
